YÖNETİM ve ORGANİZASYON BÖLÜMÜ İŞLETME YÖNETİMİ PROGRAMI - LOJİSTİK PROGRAMI

Our students paid a technical visit to the Çanakkale Customs Directorate and the Port of Çanakkale.

A technical visit was organized by our Vocational School's Logistics and Foreign Trade Programs to the Çanakkale Customs Directorate and the Port of Çanakkale to allow our students to observe sectoral processes firsthand and reinforce their theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. The visit included first-year Logistics Program students and first and second-year Foreign Trade Program students, as well as Lecturers Celal Selim BİNAY, Emel ÖZELKAN, Uğur TOPÇU, and Murat SAYAR.

During the technical visit, students had the opportunity to learn about foreign trade processes, customs procedures, import-export operations, and document management at the Çanakkale Customs Directorate. Following this, during the visit to the Port of Çanakkale, they examined port operations, cargo management, maritime transport, and logistics processes on-site.

Thanks to this visit, our students had the opportunity to observe the practical applications of the theoretical knowledge covered in their classes, and gained professional experience by communicating directly with industry professionals. The officials from the visited institutions provided our students with comprehensive information about the industry's operations, processes, and career opportunities, and answered their questions in detail.

As a Vocational School, we aim to continue application-oriented training activities and technical visits that connect our students with the industry in the future.
